About Mr. Starley
The son of a small business executive, Mr. Starley (preferably Matt) loves to assist entrepreneurs (and others) with their intellectual property assets and technology law needs. He is a Lawyer with the law firm Snow, Christensen & Martineau and is licensed to practice in both Nevada and Utah, although he is able to service clients with U.S. trademark and copyright issues and other technology law needs (such as end user license agreements) from all over the world. Attending law school in the Northeast, he finds any reason he can to return there . . . especially when the Autumn leaves begin revealing their colors.
Mr. Starley is proficient with trademark and copyright filings and drafting or advising clients regarding end user license agreements, software development agreements, website development agreements, media, software and website license agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, online terms of service, technology consulting agreements, royalty agreements, trade secret protective measures and policies, infringement cease and desist letters, privacy disclosures and so forth.
